Although it's not a brand new hotel, you can still see the careful design and use of quality stone materials from its original construction. It's perfectly suited for children aged 6-8 to enjoy the water. The overall service and dining are excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel made my trip truly unforgettable. The overall environment is elegant, and the landscaped gardens and water features are exceptionally well-crafted, exuding a resort vibe everywhere you turn. During check-in, the staff patiently explained all the guest perks. The gym and indoor constant-temperature pool do not require reservations; you can simply use your room card for access. While there might be brief crowd control measures during peak holiday periods, it doesn't affect the overall experience. The gym is fully equipped and spotlessly clean, perfect for daily workouts. The water quality in the indoor heated pool is excellent, and the temperature is just right, making it wonderful for both swimming and playing in the water. The Hengqin Bay Water Park is extremely fun with a rich variety of water attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. The guest rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout; the bedding is soft, comfortable, and ensures a great night's sleep. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, fully stocked with toiletries, and boast excellent soundproofing for a peaceful night's rest. The hotel offers diverse dining options, and the buffet features a bountiful and delicious selection that caters to various dietary needs. The complimentary shuttle bus runs between the hotel and all major Chimelong parks, making getting around completely hassle-free. Service across all departments is attentive, housekeeping is thorough, and any requests are addressed promptly. With top-notch hardware and software, this hotel delivers a fantastic resort experience. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends, it is an absolute top choice when visiting Chimelong in Zhuhai.

Traveling with kids, the family room we booked had a great layout. The water park facilities were complete (beach, outdoor pool, indoor water play, etc.), and the service was warm and friendly. There was a wide variety of restaurant options, with delicious food and drinks, and everyone, big and small, had a fantastic time! BTW, it's also worth noting that traveling during the Mid-Autumn Festival off-peak was great. Staying at the Hengqin Bay Hotel and taking the shuttle bus to Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park and Ocean Kingdom was very convenient (hotel guests can enter one hour early).

The surroundings are truly stunning, especially on a clear sunny day—every photo turns out gorgeous. The hotel's private dolphin pool is great for capturing lovely silhouettes, saving you from the crowds at the Whale Shark Aquarium. I was very lucky to catch a breathtaking sunrise here. The hotel buffet is delicious, though naturally not cheap. The Jade Garden Chinese restaurant on the third floor is also fantastic, whether for dinner or morning dim sum. The only downside is the additional 10% service charge, even though there doesn't seem to be any special service to match it. Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is the only hotel with a boat service directly to Ocean Kingdom, which is an experience resort guests shouldn't miss. The pier is very close to the main entrance of Ocean Kingdom, and it is recommended to buy a round-trip ticket so you can take the boat back right after the fireworks show. Aside from the positives, the hotel has quite a few shortcomings. For instance, the facilities are dated; there is noticeable damage to the tiles, and the bathtub faucet was broken. Upon opening the room door, we were hit with a musty smell. When taking a shower, we found that the children's shampoo couldn't be pumped out, which clearly shows that room cleaning and amenities restocking are not being handled properly. The day before we left, my husband went swimming with our child at the indoor pool and stepped on a copper wire at the bottom, which cut his foot. Fortunately, it was an adult who got hurt—what if it had been a child? It happened in the kids' pool, and the thought is terrifying. To be fair, the hotel cooperated by taking my husband to the hospital for a check-up and a tetanus shot, but it was extremely time-consuming and severely disrupted our plans for the third day. Even though the hotel kindly gifted us a few express passes, we only ended up using one. BTW, the room upgrade service wasn't as seamless as advertised on Xiaohongshu. You have to ask about it proactively, and they won't upgrade you to a sea-view room unless you purchase breakfast as part of the deal. Overall, it's an okay stay, but personally, I feel the soft services need improvement—especially cleanliness and room amenities.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is easy to find, and the front desk staff were polite and fast at check-in. The room was spotless with no weird smells, the mattress had just the right firmness, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. All amenities were in good working condition, and the hot water supply was steady. Overall, it offers great value for money and will be my top choice for accommodation whenever I travel.

The hotel's water park was a huge hit with the kids—they had an absolute blast. There is a complimentary shuttle bus directly to Ocean Kingdom, making getting around extremely convenient. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with stunning ocean views, and we could even watch the fireworks. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chimelong!

This has got to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit by a strong musty smell. My skin broke out in allergies, my child couldn't stop sneezing, and my husband was bitten by who-knows-what bugs. After a huge hassle of changing rooms multiple times until 11 PM, we finally settled into one where the mold smell wasn't quite as bad. The next morning, we woke up to find cockroaches in the bathroom! It was absolute torture.

Very convenient! Although we didn't get to enjoy the early park admission because my child wouldn't wake up, it's super convenient not having to queue for tickets. I was worried it might be a bit too far coming with a 4-year-old, but once here, I realized there was no need to worry at all. The shuttle bus is very convenient, and you can just walk to the Spaceship. The environment is amazing with unbeatable ocean views, and the dolphins are SO cute! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable with a bed of medium firmness, and the bathroom featured a separate dry and wet area. Thumbs up! The hotel is very large with numerous internal entertainment facilities, yet you won't get lost thanks to the well-assigned and professional service staff who were always ready to answer our questions. The breakfast was abundant, and the integration with the scenic area was well-organized—including tickets made it a great value.
