Great location with spacious room

Our 4th time staying in this place with its good location and next to the mall. The carpark lift is linked to the room which is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy The lights were the issue. They made the room 'too technologic'. We couldn't turn on the lights for a while. There was no telephone in the room so, we tried to communicate via a communication tablet on the wall but, the security guard answered and he didn't know how to help. We had to go to the lobby all the way down then they said to use the screen etc. Finally found it right next to the bed. The floors were too wet so, was dangerous to walk around. I guess it was about the humidity (not sure about the weather or ACs) but, the floors were still wet in the morning. All the way there was a continuous 'beep' sound from the light button of the bathroom, we couldn't turn it off and didn't bother going from the 34th floor down also. Couldn't sleep well in the end. Don't know if we are the only ones who 'couldn't adapt to technological hotels' or not but, we miss the simplicity. Other than that, a perfect hotel with value.

I cannot find any chair or sofa in my room!

第二次住了，這間房間還有投影儀真厲害，房間很大很大的住得很舒服的，大部分一次性用品都會有，可惜全都是吸煙房間，就這點美中不足，整體非常滿意，樓下就是邱特會大型購物中心，交通也非常方便，出差的朋友是一個不錯的選擇

新酒店式公寓，位置超方便，距離商場優特匯只需5分鐘，集團式管理有信心，房間衞生不錯，床亦乾淨舒服，不過價錢反映質素，有幾項可以改善下； 第一：訂了禁煙家庭3人房，一入門已經一陣煙味，茶几生鏽又放了煙灰缸，內窗簾有污漬 第二：中央冷氣系統比較吵耳，我是易睡易醒，中間醒了兩三次 第三：房內智能系統操作並不太易操作，沒有說明指引，全憑自己摸索，開燈關燈費事 第四：房間隔音不太好，深夜12點多，睡在床上有少少搖晃的感覺，而且隔籬房大力關門也很應聲 第五：浴室設施欠佳，淋浴間門關不上，水會浸出來，穿拖鞋沒有用已全濕，廁紙入住時只得三分一，全部人一晚上廁所已經用完，再要大便已經無廁紙用，要拿外面的面巾紙，風筒鎖在牆上，不能靈活使用，熱力也不夠

衞生：一進去整個屋子一股下水道廁所味，老大了，廁所反下水道味，不關廁所門都沒法睡覺，刷牙時候差點給我吐了，太噁心了！！！ 環境：設施老舊，臟！客房做衞生完全就是應付 服務：有一個男前台服務態度差，我來早了説辦不了入住要兩點以後，我都沒説話他緊接着來一句你可以看看這棟樓別的酒店，他們有空房間，我真的，太牛了，4.8評分我真不知道怎麼來的！

＊＊這是公寓不是酒店＊＊ 就是一間樣板房，感覺加一張床其他体验什麼都沒有。 (不建議家庭入住) 只能說位置不错， 下去就是商場。 房间的清洁度很差，卫生间氣味最大，角落还是有很多灰塵，让人觉得不舒服。 空调声音有点大， 房間隔音也不好，睡觉很有影响。希望下次能在清洁和设施上再用点心。 不建議下次再來

房間的位置是不錯的，離商場很近， 但就是升降機人比較多，需要等候很久的時間 房間沖涼的水壓十分之低，得很細水沖涼🚿 房間入面的電視出現故障，初頭說叫職員整，點知返去忽然都係呢個問題，後尾再叫佢過嚟整，都整咗好耐先整得到

這個公寓也太棒了 非常乾淨 智能 嶄新 還給升級了巨幕房間，住的非常舒服，緊挨着優特滙，走路半分鐘就到，吃飯購物都方便，超值，強烈推薦，適合親子游全家遊

花灑的水放出來是這樣的，打開浴巾要擦結果是這樣的，隔壁開空調的外機在我們房間內，過道走路聽的一清二楚，太離譜了
