The lobby is empty, the room is not well maintained, the carpet is old, the wine cabinet drawer is empty, there are no cups and spoons, I don’t know whether to prevent thieves or reduce costs, or just no one cares, the shower 🚿 has a small amount of water in the ceiling, and the room service is cold and unresponsive , the gym said it was under maintenance, but the outdoor swimming pool was not open, and it looked like it couldn't afford maintenance. It was introduced as a quasi-five-star, but the gap was too big, and it was too far away from the five-star standard. The accommodation experience is too average, the restaurant closes early and there is nothing delicious around. The space is large and the bedding is okay. The sofa, curtains and everything are very old. It's really time for renovation.

Although the hotel is a few years old and the decoration is quite satisfactory, the food tastes great and the price is right. The auntie in the guest room is very friendly and will take the initiative to say hello. Shopping, the indoor swimming pool on the 5th floor is very good, the water quality is clear, don't forget the swimming cap, and there are many snack bars around, if you have the opportunity to come again.

整體感覺不錯哈，服務態度好，早餐食物豐富。有個露台花園，視野開闊，景色層次感較強，游泳池可能冬天，沒體驗上。

離西施故里很近，附近吃的很方便，房間乾淨整潔，前台態度很好升級了房型

看介紹有人説房間潮濕有異味，我們打開一看，房間乾淨整潔無異味。訂的親子房，是兩張1.8的大床。睡覺舒服，酒店早餐一般，我們吃了兩天第三天不想吃了。但是裏屋空調出口正對着床頭，冷風吹得不舒服。其他小問題，比如浴室衹有沐浴露忘放洗髮水，拖鞋收了沒放，打電話過半小時才送來。房間電話壞了，第一天就説了，到走時還沒修。

房間設施稍微老氣了一些，由於有商務K，晚上房間還是能聽到一些聲音的，早餐還過得去，衞生也還是有提高空間，服務和管理方面相對還是比較中規中矩。
