雖然極致酒店在駐馬店算是老酒店了，但硬件設施方面還是很出彩的，服務一直很在線，值得好評!在酒店圈下午五點也是一份獨有的特色!而且早餐很豐盛，推薦[強]，前台服務態度很好

我必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評 進入房間是肉眼可見的乾淨 整潔 房間也比較舒適 地毯更新之後房間更寬敞明亮 而且他家的早餐也非常美味 種類也多 最最最最主要的是這家酒店五點退房 對我們這些出差人特別友好 強烈推薦這家！

前台小姐姐免費給升級了房型[抱拳]，打開房門就注意到這新換的地毯了，衞生很乾凈，對於經常出差的最在意的就是這一點了

本酒店是我每次從外地回家的首選，但是這次入住就有點不太好，首先房間的設施設備，老化的有點厲害，淋浴間的地面和玻璃結合處很臟，都是黑色的，另外建議房間可以增加迷你冰箱，這樣或許體驗感會更好。房間的衞生還不錯，有稍微一點異味兒，我預訂前備註了要無煙房，可是房間還是出現了煙灰缸，可能我預訂的房型都是可以抽煙的吧。周邊環境不錯，有很多吃的，出行也方便。前台服務也不錯，還有一點不得不提的是，電梯現在要刷卡才能去房間了，但是能不能和房卡綁在一起啊，住個酒店搞那麼多卡，好麻煩。希望能改進一下！
