實事求是的講一講吧。 1、硬件設施方面，確實沒有問題的，比較新，也比較乾淨，房間也比較大。 2、地理位置在薛家灣站對面，樓底下是一片商業樓，吃飯很方便。 3、缺點在於不隔音。隔壁房間説話的聲音都聽得見。關鍵是隔壁樓層（還不是一棟樓）晚上唱歌，居然都聽得見，搞得半夜2點都睡不着覺。最後衹能報警解決。
