房東説因原定的房子樓上正在裝修，給升級了一個更大的房子，兩梯兩户，這點非常滿意，非常寬敞，還送了一個西瓜🍉，房子位置離萬象滙、八大局南門非常非常近，就在樓下。

住宿條件不錯，房間真大，還有冰箱，家裡長者孩子都滿意。
地點也好，出門步行500米就能到八大局，樓下就有燒烤店，旁邊是大商場，完全滿足逛吃的需求。

地理位置挺好的，離八大局近，溜達着就過去了，房東服務特別好，小區位置，停車，關於入住以及出門的小注意事項等等這些可能會遇到的一些問題都仔仔細細的説清楚了，一大家出來玩，有兩個年齡小的小朋友，還很貼心的把停車位調整到了離電梯口更近的位置，另外推薦了一些好吃的店，有問題溝通回覆的很及時，給房東服務打滿分，房子打掃的也很乾凈，一點點問題就是剛入住的時候主卧衞生間反味有點厲害，我們把空調通風開開出門，吃完飯回來好了，其他沒什麼，整體滿意

房東人很好，我本來訂的二居室，但房東和我説因為我訂的房子樓上有裝修的，怕吵到我們休息，主動給更換了一個三居室，屋子又大又乾淨，2居的消費，三居的體驗。應該是個高檔小區，地下有私家車位。房東會主動發視頻告訴你車位的位置，和房子的位置。清楚明瞭。房子位置挨着八大局，走着幾分鐘就到，溜達着就能去。還會給你旅遊攻略，吃喝玩樂都去哪？那家的燒烤更有性價比。總之，特別棒。下次來還住她家，孩子長者都喜歡這裏。

老闆非常好，就是住家户的感覺，定的兩房，老闆説樓上裝修給我換了三房，謝謝，樓下走幾分鐘就是八大局，去八大局的買吃的就買一點點就行了，巨難吃
