First time staying here, and the environment was really nice. The room was super bright and clean, with all the toiletries provided. The toilet disinfectant wipes were a particularly thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, handled the check-in process very quickly, and even kindly recommended local food and attractions. This stay was excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, the room was spotless, and the facilities were complete and functional. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive, always quick to address any needs. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and great amenities nearby. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The soundproofing is terrible! The TV from next door is incredibly loud in our room! I bought earplugs and finally managed to fall asleep! The delivery robot kept ringing in the middle of the night. We were both asleep and hadn't ordered any takeout, so we opened the robot, found it wasn't for our room, and put it back. A little while later, the robot rang again! We were forced to take the takeout down and leave it at the door, unplugged the phone, and then kept hearing the TV from next door! We could hear people walking outside, and we could hear the robot delivering food too! The hotel doesn't provide disposable toilet seat covers, it's not a smart toilet, and the toilet bowl is very watery, making it inconvenient to use. There's a barrier blocking the light from outside, the doors are close together, the soundproofing is poor, the robot repeatedly delivers the wrong food, the bathroom doesn't have a heater, and the air conditioner is facing the wrong direction, making it very cold in the bathroom.

The room was clean, the staff were very welcoming, and the bed was quite comfortable.

It looked sleek and the bed was comfortable. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast included. The breakfast was truly awful. The selection was limited, and it felt like pre-made meals. I ate some pickled vegetables and porridge, corn and taro, and took one bite of a fried dough stick. The service was terrible, especially during lunch at the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The lobby is luxurious and grand, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and hygienic, and the toilet is from the well-known Kohler brand; there is also a private parking lot; the breakfast is rather simple and average.
