The cleanliness is meticulous, with every corner spotless, which made me feel very at ease during my stay. The ambiance is warm and elegant, with a spacious lobby and quiet, peaceful guest rooms. The service was particularly satisfying; the front desk staff were both enthusiastic and efficient, responding quickly to any requests and even proactively offering local directions."

"We stayed at the Intercity Hotel for four nights during our trip to Zibo. It's well located near museums, parks and malls. There is a freeway nearby to other districts like Boshan. The room was comfortable, clean and even decorated by the hotel staff. The breakfast had a great selection, with just about everything you would expect - they had good options for toasts and coffee. Surprisingly, they have a complementary self-service laundry room that really made a big difference for me (I hate packing up dirty clothes). Overall, a friendly experience and good way to experience Zibo."

"I don't recommend Hanting Hotel. The hygiene is poor. The toilet seat was covered in stains, and even after the cleaning service came, there were still hairs left. There were even lipstick marks on the toothbrush cup. It seems like not washing the toothbrush cup is a tradition at Hanting. There was also toothpaste residue when I stayed there in Jinan."
