"Unfortunately, our stay at 4-Sterne Hotel VINETA was a disappointment. neither the room, sea time, with older equipment nor the small mini-cell (bath) were fitted to the category. The washing basin was fitted with a wheelchair, because it was only for the use of the shower or toilet. The staff in the restaurant were not partly guest friendly. The staff were fully devoted to guests, although they tried to fulfill their tasks. At the main breakfast time, there was no coffee available, which had to be picked up, without milk. The buffet for the morning and evening did not match an 4-Sterne-Niveau (products for the morning, temperature for the evening), as we could enjoy it elsewhere."
