Bedroom - 5/10 - beds not that comfy but the view were beautiful Reception - 9/10 staff were lovely & always willing to help Restaurant - 9/10 staff can’t do enough for you, very welcoming. Breakfast is a bit unusual, eggs, pancake and waffle stations are amazing but the ‘English breakfast’ side of things is unusual. The rest of breakfast, lunch and dinner is lovely but if you’re fussy eater you definitely might struggle, although I’m known to be a fussy eater (at times) and there was plenty for me. The a la carte restaurant was absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault the staff or food! Somewhere you definitely need to try if coming here! Entertainment - unless you get to the bar/terrace by 7:30-8pm you won’t get a seat outside - you may get one inside but it gets very very busy! The entertainment isn’t great, the quiz was good but apart from that it’s just local singers, nothing too exciting Drinks - spot on, 10/10 generally can’t fault them Swimming pool - plenty of sun beds but fills quickly so you definitely have to be an early bird! If you can’t get a sun lounger at the pool there’s plenty of sun beds on the beach with umbrellas - the staff leave you to it, they are always there to help but leave you to your own devices! Beach - beautiful! Make sure you have sea shoes with you or you can buy some from the local shop 10 mins walking distance Scenery - absolutely beautiful! The views are insane and so picturesque… photos do not do it justice! Locals shops/bars - not many shops around, there is one in the hotel which is very expensive and cash only. There’s a few bars as you walk along the beachfront which are lovely. Snack solar is a lovely friendly bar/restaurant where the food is amazing at a decent price if you get bored of the hotel cuisine. The only thing I would mention is there’s lots of stairs to climb - regardless of where you are situated in the hotel. This wasn’t a problem for us though. Overall: I’d 100% make the effort to go to the welcome meeting and download the TUI blue app where it tells you everything you need to know with additional extras like the day beds which we highly recommend to do & also the night trip into Makarska - again absolutely amazing! This hotel is absolutely amazing. I’d highly recommend for anyone to stay here & we will definitely coming back one day!!

The Good: The hotel staff were excellent, polite, and helpful. food was acceptable, and the communal areas were clean and tidy. The Bad: Room service was poor. We spent 10 days in a studio suite, which was more expensive, and were charged 100 euros to select the room. Upon arrival, we discovered that the carpets had not been cleaned for some time, the bed sheets were only changed once during the 10 days, the scales provided did not work, and the balcony had an ant infestation, some of which made their way into the room. Additionally, there was only one pair of slippers provided. I reported these issues on the day. they applied ant powder other problems remained unresolved, oh and to top it off we had a dead fly in the shower on day 1, its still their now as far as im aware. Regarding the TUI trips, the experience was disappointing. We went on three trips, and the least expensive one was the only one I would recommend. This was the trip to Makarska, costing just £20 per person, which provided a pleasant 3–4 hours there. trip to Dubrovnik was acceptable but poor value for money, as it cost significantly more and only allowed three hours in Dubrovnik despite taking a full day. The third trip, to the waterfalls, was terrible. Although the destination itself is worth visiting, the trip cost over100 per person, involved seven hours on a coach, and included over an hour picking up other guests from distant hotels. Smaller buses from each area would have saved time. The entrance tickets to the waterfalls cost under £15 per person, meaning we effectively paid £90 each to sit on a bus. The evening entertainment was good on one night, and the entertainment team worked hard and were commendable. Overall, we had a good holiday because made it enjoyable ourselves. However, I expected better from TUI, a provider I have always used. Considering the experience, I will likely try another provider next time, as I have had better experiences for less with TUI in the past.

This was our third consecutive visit to Adriatic Beach, a place we have returned to due to its fantastic location friendly staff and very good food. Sadly this year our expectations were not met particularly with regard to the food in the canteen. It was invariably not of the best quality with visibly not the best cuts of meat, often repetitive ,and poorly presented. In addition the food was sometimes never replenished and at other times very slowly. During the last three days the hotel had no fresh bread rolls and the soups were watery and flavourless. The desserts were overall very good. It became evident from speaking to staff that there are major issues to be addressed in respect of the above and in re spect of other factors affecting the quality and overall hotel standards which I shall not go into on this platform. It was refreshing to hear candid views from staff ( who were not in denial) and not be treated as moaning complaining customers .A new manager has been drafted in with a brief to improve things quickly , unfortunately for us it was too late. Having said that we did notice an improvement in the overall quality of the food in our last two days so let s see what happens. The hotel on this occasion did not reach the standard of a TUI BLUE hotel and this must be corrected if the owners and TUI wish to restore customer confidence especially to returning guests like ourselves. The hotel also is beginning to look tired and would benefit from freshening up particularly outside . The pool for us is not really fit for purpose although we spend our time in the quiet terrace area and on the beach . The hotel is very clean and comfortable in the public areas where you can enjoy a coffee or beer. Also on the positive side the staff are really lovely and work very hard given the hotel is visibly under resourced. We were made to feel genuinely very welcome and “ special thank you to Zeljana at the front desk who resolved our room issue promptly and professionally. She is a credit to the hotel as is Jure who greeted us back as old friends” The room in Cedar block was worth the extra money and the views were outstanding. We had a pleasant week but as aforementioned the edge was taken off by primarily the issues regarding the food. I do wish Mr Niksa the new boss the best of luck in his efforts to restore normal service. Indeed having spoken to him at length I get the feeling he will as long as he is allowed to do so by the owners and not constrained by financial cuts. I have been led to believe the hotel has acquired the tender for the beach outside the hotel , so from next year use of beach furniture shall be free if charge. This is good news for people like us who prefer the beach to an overcrowded pool. We would very much love to return to this hotel but much depends on whether progress is made to restore the Adriatic Beach to a TUI Blue premise which sadly at this moment in time it is not. PS. For goodness sake please se

Still here and home tommorrow Positives Hotel clean Rooms.clean and spacious Buffet satisfactory with ample.choice however food cool if you eat at a later time Staff majority of friendly and helpful Would.advise participation of the silent disco runs every Sunday Also advice boat trip to 2 islands cost 50 euros and we'll worth the money Negatives Not enough sun loungers and people up crack of dawn to reserve and hotel don't police this No toiletries in rooms Evening entertainment slightly boring Worst experience was culinary dining experience which TUI rep mentioned and booked for us, we arrived with people behind us and are showed our names highlighted in green being told we would.have to pay as holiday package not booked through TUI Now reading small print this is the case, however the way they managed was poor and we felt embarrassed and humiliated, when they took booking they had our details and could.have contacted us prior, but no waited for us to arrive, The lady was very abrupt and to be honest it's disappointing this is our pivitol memory

Disappointed stay in tui blue hotel. The view/ area stunning beautiful view everywhere. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t match. The room never had its beds sheets changed while we was there. I put a makeup make on sheets and still there the day we left. The room floor hardly swept. Under bed and Down side of bed dirty. Our one balcony floor never clean dirty and bird poo everywhere. The bed is really hard. A/c doesn’t get cold The restaurant well like school dinners. Poor cuts of meat pork neck on menu every night. Food same every night. No meal themes to change the menu like other hotels have. The pool has so many bed you feel like sardines no space. I no this is because you have to pay for beach chairs. The staff in bar and restaurants was very good. Lovely walk in both directions out the hotel and better restaurants and bars towards other tui blue hotel. Would recommend for evening meals.

Terrible Hotel. Deff not 4 star. Too many issues to detail other than to say Avoid! Basically this hotel is no better than a glorified Premeir Inn with a few extras thrown inn. Food and drink quality and choice is very poor.. staff not very helpful and TUI reps useless.
