What is even more dissatisfied is the elevator incident: when the elders returned first, they were trapped in the elevator for a long time because they didn't understand the elevator needed to swipe their card to start, and they were trapped for a long time when they pressed the help button, and finally they were able to get out of trouble by opening the door for other passengers.
