新開的酒店，距離方特水世界一街之隔，非常方便。酒店房間很寬敞，主題都是很可愛的風格，小朋友非常喜歡。餐廳的菜品也很在線。酒店工作人員也很幫忙，我們早餐的時候掉了一個充電寶也能順利幫我們找到。

非常糟糕，非常非常糟糕的體驗。下14:30到的酒店22點才辦理好入住。理由就是房價打掃不出來！大廳堆積了一堆人都在吵架，跟酒店協商安排了一間臟房間想着換個衣服先去遊樂場玩，結果換完了出來找酒店説是票用完了。又讓等…等了快40分鐘才有錢，2:30到的5點才進到遊樂園。19:40回到酒店房間都還沒有給我們安排。攜程客服也一直幫我催。小孩玩了水冷的發抖，沒辦法我們又去到臟屋給孩子洗澡換衣服，直到22:05分經過攜程的客服不斷努力才給我們安排了訂的房間。

酒店設施設備各方面都非常好，但是前台和禮賓服務超級無敵拉胯，別想在他們身上得到一分讓人舒適且主動的服務，簡直絕了，誰去誰知道，可以吐槽出500字小作文…，表揚酒店客房和工程部，服務很快還送了一個空氣凈化器，及時幫助解決問題，這兩星給他們的不然0.5都不想給，酒店是沒有車去園裡的，步行帶娃估計得走八到十分鐘，房間和過道裝修味道特別重，膠水摻雜着複合木板和其他的味道，房間味道或許久了可以清除，但是服務真的超級敗好感，建議酒店真的好好培訓一下吧！！！！

酒店距離樂園一街之隔，各項配套齊全，早餐豐富，有小朋友喜歡的薯條和雞塊，房間環境符合小朋友的審美和喜好。但是有兩個硬傷，一個是廁所反臭嚴重，第二個是晚上睡覺一直有類似中央空調外機的噪音影響睡眠，不知道是不是頂樓的原因，總體體驗感較好。

房間非常乾淨，也比較大哈，兒子非常喜歡熊熊主題，而且環境非常好，很安靜，睡眠困難者很開心。就是如果能夠提供涼拖，還有餐廳食品選擇更多就更好了，晚上8點吃飯菜品基本就沒啥了，兒子基本沒吃。
