The restaurant is terrible, the food is simple and tough, one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. It's a shame, Navarra doesn't deserve a place like this. They don't even make the most traditional dishes well, they are a terrible chef. They could improve after so many bad comments.

The restaurant service is terrible. The service is quite poor. The dishes are not cooked very well. It is one of the few restaurants in Zubiri. Not at all recommendable despite being one of the few restaurants where you can eat.

It was one of the few hotels open. A hostal with few rooms, but all with bathrooms. Simple room and basic bathrooms, but warm and clean. Friendly staff and continental breakfast. The bar and restaurant with good food and good service.

EL PROCESO DE RESERVA ES UN DESASTRE Y DE MUY POCA FORMALIDAD. Envíe un WhatsApp, tal como indican en su página web y, como mi mensaje aparecia como no recibido, llamé por teléfono hasta dos veces. En la segunda llamada me confirman que no hay ninguna reserva para ese día pero que me lo confirmaran por WhatsApp. Después de 2 h. me contestan en el WhatsApp diciendo que hay una hab. libre y cuando yo le contesto en 2h. me dicen que ya no hay ninguna disponible.
