New Year's Eve stay. Family with two girls aged 4 and 8. We are staying in a building where all the other apartments are occupied by groups of young people who, although they were very polite, did what young people do on New Year's Eve and the day after: celebrated noisily. The managers did not even have the foresight to give advance notice. Another point: we had called to ask if they accepted a certain type of card, answer: Yes. When paying: No. About the apartment: improvable (dirty walls, dirty sofa, bathroom with tub and curtain, you can't see it on the photos on the website). In conclusion - and I say unfortunately - the usual Ligurian structure that, even if with good premises, disappoints you every time.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo residence, affittando il bilocale vista mare. Parto dal presupposto che l'importante è avere spazio per noi (2 adulti + 2 bambini piccoli), però questa volta, come la prima la pulizia all'arrivo lascia alquanto desiderare. Capelli, polvere e sabbia sui pavimenti. È un peccato che una struttura con questo potenziale sia lasciata un po' a se stessa, la cura e la pulizia degli spazi esterni è minima, lato piscina pieno di mozziconi e foglie secche (li da almeno qualche mese). Una cosa che mi lascia perplessa, avendo lavorato diversi anni in reception, è il personale che non ha saputo dare informazioni sugli orari d'apertura del ristorante, come pure il bar chiuso nelle ore pomeridiane dove diversi ospiti usufruivano della piscina. Detto ciò, è stata comunque una permanenza piacevole. Un consiglio: ricordatevi di portare il necessario per la pulizia della cucina così come asciugamani propri in quanto non vengono forniti dalla struttura.

Posto vecchio e brutto . Non c'è l'aria condizionata Sono andata a chiedere al personale il telecomando per il condizionatore, mi hanno detto che non c'era e che essendo un last second e dovevo farmelo andare bene così . Persona pessimo , se non sai fare questo lavoro, cambialo . Stanze piccole , arredamenti vecchi e rotti . Pulizia nella norma .

Qui c'è un ristorante che fa cibo buone ma per essere serviti c'è bisogno di aspetare una intera ora o di più quindi consiglio a chi sa aspettare tanto e sbadato pizze e male organizati intendo dire tutto devi aspettare però il cibo aprezabile

gita di quinto in questa specie di agriturismo. All'arrivo abbiamo sprecato tempo a pulire come se fossimo gli addetti alle pulizie, capelli nella doccia e animali morti sul pavimento. Fin da subito abbiamo notato che non ci fosse acqua calda, ci siamo recati in reception per farlo presente, ma nonostante ciò per 3 giorni siamo stati senza acqua calda e ogni volta la loro risposta alle nostre lamentele era "abbiamo mandato chi di competenza, mezz'ora e dovrebbe arrivare". Camerieri non competenti, e colazione molto scarsa e di pessima qualità.

siamo venuti in gita di quinto con la mia classe. arrivati nel resort la sera dopo 12 ore di treno ed é stato impossibile lavarsi in quanto non vi era acqua calda. i camerieri sono molto scortesi e alcuni non in condizioni di intendere e di volere a causa di non si sa cosa: quando alla cameriera é stato detto che c’era un capello della pizza questa ha detto che il pizzaiolo é pelato e non ci ha portato un’altra pizza e si é lamentata dicendo che era nostro insultandoci. la pulizia é pessima, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi. una ragazza celiaca dopo aver mangiato e dopo essere stata rassicurata dal cameriere tossico é stato detto che le patatine erano contaminate. sconsiglio a qualsiasi persona munita di cervello di venire in questo posto inqualificabile.

Le uniche cose buone sono la posizione e i servizi. Gli appartamenti sono pessimi e molto datati ma soprattutto molto sporchi..mi hanno dato l'appartamento alle 16.00, speravo fosse pulito invece hanno cambiato solo le lenzuola. Capelli e polvere ovunque, il balcone pieno di briciole (senza sopra nessuno), nel bagno la doccia senza possibilità di appenderla e nella vasca (pericolosissima), nessun mobiletto per appoggiare le cose. LA PULIZIA deve essere fatta con attenzione
