The hotel is very conveniently located!! It is very close to Hotan Second Street. It is also a very pet-friendly hotel! When they learned that we were bringing our dog, they prepared a small nest and bowl for the dog. Although most pet owners bring their own, it is enough for them to have this kind of heart ❤️ You can basically order Xinjiang specialty food takeout around here, and there are robots to deliver it to your door, so you don’t need to go down to get the takeout yourself

Service: The service was particularly impressive by Miss Shang, who asked for a high-rise room with a view. When the original room type did not meet the requirements, she immediately helped us upgrade the room type. She has been following up to ask about our stay experience and areas for improvement. I will continue to come here on business trips in the future.

Time to book a hotel for my mom again, and I didn't hesitate to choose this one. This is already the second time I've booked it for her because my mom absolutely raves about this place and specifically asked to stay here.

Honestly, the first time I booked, I was a little apprehensive, worried that the hotel might not live up to its advertising. But after my mom checked in, her voice on the phone was full of satisfaction. As soon as she entered the room, especially the bathroom, she found it impeccably clean and tidy. The marble walls were spotless, the towels neatly folded, and there was a fresh scent, clearly indicating thorough cleaning and disinfection. The shower facilities were also excellent; the water flow was even and fine, and the temperature was very easy to adjust. My mom said that after a shower, all her travel fatigue simply melted away.

Beyond the excellent facilities, the service here is simply outstanding, truly offering great value for money. From the warm smiles and patient guidance at the front desk during check-in, to the friendly greetings from the housekeeping staff when encountered in the hallway, every single staff member was incredibly service-minded. On one occasion, my mom accidentally left something in the restaurant. The staff found it, contacted her immediately, and even thoughtfully delivered it to her room. No matter when you saw them, they always greeted guests with a cheerful smile. Their genuine warmth was truly heartwarming.

With such a comfortable environment and thoughtful service, it's no wonder my mom is so fond of this hotel and insists on staying here. I genuinely believe this hotel is a hidden gem in its price range. The quality shines through in every detail, and the service is absolutely faultless. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We made a last-minute decision to travel during Chinese New Year and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the East Building of the Shanghai Museum. To my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be an incredibly worthwhile experience, offering fantastic value for money. Although I've seen this hotel listed on Trip.com for years, the front desk proactively gave me a free room upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was newly renovated, featuring a separate shower and toilet, and even included Xiaodu smart voice control. It was comfortable, clean, and I was extremely satisfied. I had initially only planned to stay one night, but I unhesitatingly extended my stay for another night.
