We loved our stay at the hotel wellenberg during our recent trip to Zurich, it was perfectly situated and a lovely spacious family room. The bathroom could use an update, which I’m sure is in the works, as one that I spotted by the elevator looked stunning! Our kids especially loved the family tv/gaming room and special mention must be made of the lovely front desk staff and Ruth at breakfast who was absolutely charming. We would definitely return again on our next trip to Zurich.

Was a nice hotel with great location and very friendly staff but they did not provide slippers in the bathroom and the inclusive warm breakfast offering was limited

The family room is very large, which is pretty good among European hotels. The city of Zurich is not large, so the hotel is very convenient to go anywhere. The main advantages are large area and good location
Hygiene: Average, some corners are not clean enough
Facilities: Breakfast is very simple, just a few hot foods, coffee and fruits
Service: Not good enough

We encountered a few hiccups with our room upon check-in, but the manager of the hotel and his assistant went above and beyond to fix the issues and ensure the rest of the stay was amazing.
Great location, and beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay again if we get back to Zurich.
