There's an open kitchen with all utensils needed for cooked dinner and breakfast. The office opens from 10am to 6pm. We left before 10am and put the key in the checkout box but could not leave our luggage for our last day trip in Swiss.

Location is acceptable, within city and close to tram station and migros… need improvement in term of hygiene and responsiveness

1. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, on a very quiet residential street, with a good location. 2. The room is OK, just right for three people. After all, it is a homestay, not as big as a hotel, and the price is there. A small kitchen and a dining table, it is quite convenient to cook some noodles, very practical. 3. We arrived at night, self check-in, it is very simple, check the email in the mailbox to open the key box, just enter the password to get the key. Remember to put the key in the check-out box (as shown in the second picture) when checking out, it is on the wall on the right hand side before leaving.

The hotel is an apartment hotel and cooking utensils are provided in the room. The hotel is about 1 km away from Zurich Station. It takes about 5 minutes by tram. It is also very convenient. The facilities in the room are rather dilapidated. The level of hygiene is acceptable. Personally, I think it’s also an option for budget travelers.

It's a 20-minute walk from the train station. You can cook and save a lot of money! The pasta + sauce + green beans bought at a nearby convenience store cost 6.8 euros for three people. Isn't it super economical and delicious? If you arrive at night, you need to send an email in advance to get a password to open the key box at the door! Self-service check-in and check-out are still very convenient.

The kitchen was fully equipped, which was extremely helpful for cooking for ourselves in Switzerland, where prices are high.

It was nice that there were cooking facilities. However, there was a lot of hair on the bedding, and there was a lot of trouble because communication with the hotel was not good.

The double bed room has two single beds at different heights.

Except for the entrance being hard to find, everything else is pretty good

The check-in was a bit complicated but it was excellent.
