Der Aufenthalt war leider eine Zumutung. Der Fußboden im Zimmer war stark fleckig und machte einen unhygienischen Eindruck – für ein Hotel völlig inakzeptabel. Doch es kam noch schlimmer: In der Nacht ist ein Teil der Zimmerdecke (“Himmel”) heruntergefallen! Das hätte richtig gefährlich enden können. Ich habe den Vorfall sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet – doch weder kam eine Entschuldigung noch ein Lösungsvorschlag. Auch nach meiner schriftlichen Beschwerde habe ich bis heute keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Kein Kundenservice, kein Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Ein Hotel, das auf solche Mängel nicht reagiert, ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen – und kann nur jedem raten, sich vorher genau zu informieren.

Wir haben im Juli 2024 eine absolut schreckliche Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Kaum lagen wir im Bett, hörten wir ein sehr lautes, presslufthammerartiges Geräusch aus den Lüftungsschlitzen der Klimaanlage. Ca. alle 50 Sekunden kam es wieder. Das ging so die ganze Nacht lang. Die Rezeption ist nachts nicht besetzt, sodass wir die Nacht schlaflos in diesem Zimmer verbracht haben. Am nächsten Morgen erfuhren wir von einer Mitarbeiterin, dass die Klimaanlage in eben diesem Zimmer defekt und erst wenige Tage zuvor vom Techniker freigegeben worden war. Das kann ja mal passieren, aber es wurde danach noch schlimmer: das Hotel weigert sich bis heute, uns preislich entgegenzukommen, bzw. den Übernachtungspreis zu erstatten. Das ist wirklich erbärmlich und ist mir so noch nie untergekommen!!!

Suiten im Sommer nicht zum empfehlen. Keine Klimaanlage und keine Fliegengitter somit kann man auch nicht das Fenster auf machen wegen Mücken.

Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Empfang bei der Anreise war freundlich. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und war laut. Allerdings lagen Ohrstöpsel zur Nutzung bereit.
