The hotel is in a great location, it's very convenient to take a taxi into Kyoto, and it's not far from the airport. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good, and she would ask about the needs attentively. The room was quite large and clean, and the takeaway we ordered was also delivered to the room by a robot. The overall experience was good.

This price/performance ratio really surprised me. It was originally set casually. I didn't expect it to be so good. The room was large and the health was very good. Especially the front desk manager Miss Sister, the service is super good, patient, and still work. Downstairs is the shopping mall, eating and shopping are very convenient, go anywhere is close, super recommended, but I am afraid that it will be too hot to book a room next time. Hahahaha.

My stay here was amazing. I had a really nice room and even enjoyed their hotel gym. The staff were exceptional, they spent ages helping me with recommendations and how to get to Beijing city centre. Totally recommend!

I chose this hotel after reading reviews on the Internet for accompanying my children. There are pharmacies and milk tea shops nearby. There is also a local market not far away. Shopping is very convenient. The most important thing is that this hotel is close to the busiest night market. We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. I stayed in an executive twin room with my two kids for one night. The executive bar on the first floor has a lot of food and is very kid-friendly. It takes 1.5 hours to drive from Beijing. You can park at the hotel entrance. We stayed in Building 5, which is a little far from the front desk. There is a shuttle bus at the front desk to take you downstairs. The front desk lady is very friendly and introduced the hotel facilities along the way. The swimming pool in the hotel is very large and is free for guests staying in the hotel. The hot spring hall needs to be charged separately. We went there at night and the children took a hot spring for a while~very happy There is a children's playground outside where you can feed animals and play some development activities. The breakfast is average, but it has everything you need. The waiter is very friendly and considerate. I will choose this hotel again~

The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock. The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day. The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . . On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . . In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.
