The sunset view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning! I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Even though we stayed on the second floor, we weren't bothered by any aircraft noise. Ordering food by scanning a QR code in the room was super convenient. I particularly loved the infinity pool and gym on the top floor.
Spacious hotel across several buildings, i was housed at the building next to hotel lobby. Average gym, comfy bed, decent breakfast, soundproof works well can't hear any planes flying across or the traffic next to my window. The only inconvenience is the location being far from old town, or Nimman but they provide free shuttle for guests.
The hotel was very clean but there was a strong smell of some chemicals from the renovation or newly built building. The staff had good English and super friendly and helpful. Buffer breakfast would be a better choice with the price included in the deal.
The good thing is they have an air purifier in the rooms and good air conditioning.
We found the fridge switched off when you leave the room , so need to be mindful of what you leaving in the fridge.
Overall, very hygienic, organised , comfortable bed and good sleep in the quiet corner. They had washing machine and dryer as well. 80 baht for the dryer was bit expensive for small amounts of clothes. But did the job very well.
Final recommendation would be if there was a gym and swimming pool , I would definitely return there again.
Not forgetting Buggy ride to festival mall was a bonus to the trip. And if they had whats app for easy communication that would be very handy to overseas clients….

While the two-night stay was satisfactory, there's room for improvement. The lobby staff should be trained to decline requests gracefully, offering alternative solutions. Additionally, the afternoon shift should prioritize guest interactions over phone calls. It was observed that a staff member during the two-night stay exhibited similar behavior, neglecting guests and failing to acknowledge those passing through the lobby.
The room felt brand new, almost too new, as there was a strong lingering smell of fresh paint and new furniture which made breathing a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door was faulty, and I nearly got trapped inside, but my friend called the staff who promptly came to fix it. Getting the Wi-Fi to work was also quite a hassle. I didn't have a sound sleep. However, everything else was very good.

A great hotel, nice people and good service. Very good and delicious breakfast buffet. Nice pool. But most of all you are in a great area where you have the night market around the corner and many little food stands with great quality food for 80/100 Bath per person. 7/11 across the hotel. Excellent location. Furniture is dated but rooms being renovated but good quality. We are going back in 1,5 week before fkying back. So just to mention a good spot.

Hotel room was huge and spacious. The front desks and staff were all really friendly and helpful (whenever we needed to borrow an umbrella or requested for more water)
The buffet spread was great too. One minor thing was that the pillows provided were too low/soft - but that’s to each their own.
Proximity wise, very close to One Nimman (just opposite the street) and MAYA shopping centre

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!
KKasidechThe room is spacious, clean, good, cool air, strong water, takes a little to warm, there are 4 bottles of water and candy desserts, if there is a car with you, there is a parking space for 3 cars, the alley is a bit narrow.
AAnt WARiNStaying at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai was truly an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the city.
🍽️ Food – The meals were delicious, with a wide variety of beautifully presented dishes.
🌿 Ambience – From the resort, you can enjoy stunning views of a beautiful temple, especially from the infinity pool, which creates a relaxing and breathtaking setting.
🎯 Activities – There are plenty of activities to enjoy, both within the resort and nearby, allowing guests to immerse themselves in culture and relaxation.
🤵 Service – The staff provided excellent service. A personal butler took care of us attentively, arranging a special morning almsgiving experience at a local temple, as well as a temple visit from a scenic viewpoint, where we could also see the resort and pool from above.
✨ Overall, if you’re looking for a tranquil getaway surrounded by nature, with warm hospitality and unique cultural experiences, Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai is definitely a place not to be missed.

IIan LagacBeautiful hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. Loved taking a dip and lounging by the pool after a day of exploring. Staff are great and very helpful.
I loved the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Nimman but only a short walking distance away. Close to Maya shopping mall and One Nimman shopping complex. Loads of restaurants, cafes, and spas around the area. Convenient Grab/Bolt pick up and drop off point.
A good walking distance to the old city and night bazaars.
Also not too far from the airport.
Will definitely stay here again. Set a very good 1st time Chiangmai experience.
AAnonymous UserThe beddings and toilet was clean, while the floors had a lot of hair when I first checked in. The staff helped to mop the floor. The lights were flickering on last night, but overall a good enough stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. They have welcome drink and snack at the entrance gate. The bathroom has separate zone. Amenities has earplugs that I can't find in other place, so I'm surprised. A lot of parking. There is near 86 ramen that is very delicious.
SSijieVery affordable price, the surrounding looks very tranquil and pretty. Swimming pool is big enough. Walking distance to Chiang Mai university and the night market behind the university.
But unfortunately so far these are all advantages.
The cleanliness of the room was really below the standard, we found plenty of cocoons on the wall and some dead bugs? ( very unpleasant). There was only one trash can for the whole room, so we need to go all the way to the toilet to throw away the trash.
Reception staff looks like they don’t want to be at work at all.
