The massage therapists are professional and the service is warm, providing a wonderful vacation experience. The business center perfectly combines enthusiastic service with professionalism, meeting our needs whether we're on a business trip or a leisure vacation. The concierge service is very convenient, and the front desk staff is excellent, speaking English fluently, which made communication seamless. They even allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of delicious food, accompanied by live music, overlooking the Volga River. What a wonderful way to start the day! The hotel also offers a swimming pool and sauna. Although we didn't get a chance to swim, we believe those who enjoy water activities will love it here.
