The salad is cherry tomatoes and lettuce, with sesame sauce, a simple and appetizing combination. The fermented bean curd soup is clear and savory, with ingredients including tofu and white radish. There are 8 pieces of dumplings in total for the main course. They are fried well, with crispy skin, tender pork inside and sweet gravy. It is a real treat to pair them with soft and delicious Japanese rice.
