One of the deep traveling impressions of mine so far is our trip to the Grand Palace, Bangkok. What a great way to start a new year! 💞Reasons to Recommend: Bangkok is both a very spiritual place, full of beautiful temples, free entrance public temples, historical landmarks, cultural spots and a significant center for shopping with big malls, luxury stores and local craft shops of different kinds. A great destination for New Year time and a piece of summer in the midst of cold. 💰Average Price per Person: 🎫Entrance fee to the GRAND PALACE is 500THB per person for foreigners which can be purchased on the spot or online via official website or apps. 🎫Admission to MOCA (Museum Of Contemporary Art) is 300THB per person which can be purchased on the spot or online via official website or apps. 🎫LUMPINI PARK has free entrance whole week around, but the best time to visit varies. 🕰️Business Hours: • The Grand Palace is open from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, so it's best for daytime visit. • MOCA is open from 10 am to 6 pm and closed on Mondays. Museum has 6 floors, each is worth to visit, so early start is recommended. • Central World is one of the best shopping malls for luxury, casual or minimal shopping, great dining experience or some entertainment. • Lumpini park is best for visit in the daytime, as it is the best time to see water monitor lizards – Varanid lizards, that are the largest after Komodo dragons. • Central World operates from 10 am to 10 pm as a standard shopping mall schedule.
