60th Anniversary Series Exhibition of the National Art Museum of China

The National Art Museum of China is located at No. 1, Wusi Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing. It was established in 1958 and is the only national plastic art museum in China. The main building has a floor area of more than 18,000 square meters and is an antique-style building with a yellow glazed tile roof. The National Art Museum of China covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, with an exhibition area of 6,000 square meters, collecting, displaying, and researching Chinese modern and contemporary art works and folk art works. The 60th anniversary series exhibition of the National Art Museum of China is divided into four major theme exhibitions: 'Tribute to the Classics', 'Ink Rhyme and Cultural Context', 'Tall Tower and Long Water', and 'Beauty and Sharing'. Through nearly 600 works, it showcases the classic art masterpieces collected by the National Art Museum of China. The names of the masters are well-known, and many of their works are textbook-level. The complete exhibition seems to have ended recently, but by checking in at the National Art Museum of China, you can still appreciate the works of excellent painters such as Wu Guanzhong, Jin Shangyi, Sun Zixi, and Luo Zhongli at close range.
