Bengbu Qiyan Temple｜Baishi Temple

Qiyan Temple, commonly known as "Bai Shi Temple", has a history of more than 2,000 years. It is a veritable thousand-year-old temple. It has experienced the ups and downs and destruction of successive dynasties. The last relic, the Babao Linglong Pagoda, was destroyed in the 1960s, leaving only scattered broken tiles and bricks. It was not until 2014 that it was rebuilt. Qiyan Temple got its name because its Buddhist temple, monks' hall and scripture pavilion are all built on the rocks. The temple's architecture features yellow walls, yellow glazed tiles, red columns and colorful carvings. It is magnificent and majestic.
