I heard that the sunrise was beautiful, so I went there, but it was too cloudy and I couldn't see the sun 😂 However, the sunrise on this day was around 7:45, so it wasn't too hard. I think it takes about 10 minutes to take the cable car to the top. There is a cafe and an observation deck at the top.
