History & Arts Museum in Caldes

Located in the center of the small villa of Caldes de Montbui, Thermalia is a museum / culture center broadcasting the local spa and thermal culture of the village, the history and customs of the people who inhabited the area and also the prominent artists who lived in the village. As you walk through the 3 floors of the building you can witness several stages related to local culture and customs: from there tools and machines used by local people when working in agriculture, to the development of an industry of medicinal water - the brand Thermion - The top floor holds an exhibition devoted to Spanish artist Manolo Hugué - who lived his late life in Caldes de Montbui until his death in 1945 -.
