Don't challenge the Shiyan Lake Grand Loop easily

Don't try to hike the Shiyan Lake Grand Loop easily. The whole journey was nearly 10KM. Even though it was my second time on this route, my heart rate still soared and I was exhausted! 😓 Some people call it the "walking ceiling in Changsha city". I fully agree! 👏 Fortunately, there are "Sisters Riding the Wind and Waves" accompanying us along the way, 👭👭 Beautiful scenery, wild persimmons and chestnuts, 🍎🍁 All the fatigue disappeared! ❤😍 🟢Difficulty index (large loop):😨 Compared with the Elephant Trunk Hollow Grand Loop and Gushan Grand Loop, it is more challenging. The ups and downs in the terrain make your heart rate rise rapidly. There is a steep and slippery downhill road on the way. I fell here during my first hike. It is not recommended for beginners to try this route. Among the five of us, only two sisters who insisted on jogging in the morning every day were able to complete the entire journey. 🟢Route (about 10KM): 🗺 Starting from the newly built stone staircase next to the "Shiyan Lake Hotel", go up all the way until the end of the stone staircase, and then enter the wild road. The trails on the wild road are clear. During the second hike, there were significantly more road signs on the wild road - "colored ribbons".
