Chengdu Marriott Ceiling? Experience at the JW Marriott Executive Suite in Maoye

||Two hours before check-in, we had a heart-to-heart talk, and they generously gave me an executive suite with a living room and a dressing room, which was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the very center of Chengdu, making it very convenient to go anywhere. I got up late and missed breakfast, but the happy hour dishes were quite good, with dragon fish, red wine beef, sushi, etc., and the small desserts were delicious. The high view from the executive lounge was also very comfortable, and when tired from work, one could gaze into the distance and enjoy the scenery. The most praiseworthy aspect is the hotel's attention to service details: 1. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor, and from the 1st to the 8th floor, staff are enthusiastically guiding guests, and the concierge department handles luggage very properly. 2. When checking in, since it was a last-minute heart-to-heart, I was informed that the upgraded suite would take some time to clean. The front desk staff proactively suggested that I could go to the executive lounge to eat something and wait, showing great service awareness. 3. I booked for three nights, and on the second day, while cleaning my room, the housekeeper found some Thai baht on my desk (not much money, about one to two hundred RMB in total). The hotel coordinated this, had the security department count the money, and called me immediately to inform me of the amount, to avoid any disputes over lost money later, and also to reflect the hotel's well-managed system in this regard. 4. There are many small details in the room worth mentioning: the duvet is neatly cornered after being made, making it easy to get into bed; a pair of clean slippers is also laid out by the bed; there are bottled waters in the living room, by the bed, and in the washroom, and there are chocolates by the bed, which is praiseworthy.
