Fukuoka Travel: A Sophisticated Atmosphere

During my trip to Fukuoka, I stayed near Nakasu-Kawabata Station in Hakata. For dinner, I visited a casual dining restaurant just a 3-minute walk from the station. 🍽️ This restaurant specializes in "wood-fired cuisine," using three types of Kyushu firewood and carefully selected ingredients prepared with expert techniques. 🥰 As I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of firewood. 🤤 The stylish interior, filled with greenery, created a wonderful atmosphere. 🥺✨ ────────────────── ▶︎ Anniversary Course…8,800 yen ────────────────── ・Foie Gras/Truffle Caviar ・Salmon ・Freshly Baked Soft French Bread ・Kyushu Black Wagyu Sirloin Steak ・Kumamoto Aso Natural Pork Bacon and Seasonal Vegetable Wood-Fired Pasta ・Special Dessert by the Pastry Chef ・Cafe The salmon was served with two types of sauces: avocado and mayonnaise. ♡ The black wagyu sirloin steak had a smoky, roasted aroma 😍 and was incredibly tender, bursting with umami. 🐮💕 The natural pork bacon pasta was hearty and satisfying. 🙆‍♀️ The bacon was absolutely delicious. ❤️ Additionally, the freshly baked soft French bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy on the inside.
