Taepyeongso Gukbap, a restaurant with a fantastic combination of naejangtang and meat sashimi!

There are many similar stores, but please note that the original Taepyeong Sogukbap does not use delivery apps and only offers takeout or in-store dining! There is a lot of waiting during lunch hours, and it was quite crowded even after lunchtime on a weekday! It was a little more relaxed around 2:30! Sogukbap, Sonaejangtang 8,000 won / Yuksa sashimi 100g 11,000 won We had soup for lunch, but my friend who lives in Daejeon said that the beef rib stew was also delicious and recommended that I definitely try it next time! Basic Sogukbap 9,000 won It has shredded meat in a clear broth, and it tastes like a slightly fancy beef broth!? It feels a bit common, but the soup is delicious! The rice is inside the soup, but it's not enough to fill a bowl, so for those who eat well, I recommend a separate soup or special soup! Sonaejangtang 8,000 won When I ordered, I asked what the red soup was, and they said it was just seasoned naejangtang, so I ordered it, and it's a bit between Seonjitang and Naejangtang! It's full of intestines and oxtails, so it's like bone hangover soup + Seonjitang + Naejangtang soup? It tastes like all the soups I like! There are plenty of vegetables and ingredients, and it doesn't smell, so even people who don't like tripe can eat it! The meat sashimi doesn't really taste that good if you eat it on its own, but it has a chewy texture and the richness of sesame oil sauce! So it's delicious to dip it in garlic and ssamjang or put it on top of rice like sushi! Both of us were satisfied with our full bellies, and it wasn't a very spicy soup, so it was perfect for hangovers. I recommend Taepyeongsogukbap👍
