S.Sai Gon fine dining

#earthdayjourney Lately, I've been a bit "lazy" to explore fine dining because some experiences weren't as expected. But when I came to S.Saigon, I was completely conquered by the creativity of chef Ismar with unique dishes made from Vietnamese ingredients and herbs. What's special about S.Saigon is the "Chef serving" model with only 18 guests at a time, creating a private, comfortable and extremely intimate space, like a bar that I really love. As for the food, everyone just scroll through each photo, because there are so many great things to say that I don't know where to start 🥹 The most important thing is the price: right in the bustling District 1, a sumptuous 6-course set menu is only 980k++.
