The Summer Palace of the Alhambra

Andalucia Tour ~ Granada The Generalife is located on the hillside above and east of the Alhambra. It is not actually one of the palace buildings in the real Alhambra complex and at one time served as a summer palace. Although it required a short but gradual uphill hike from the Alhambra, we found the trail to be well maintained and took us past some beautiful scenery. The Generalife itself is impressive, and the supporting infrastructure for the time is incredible. The stunning views, architecture, decorative treatments, water features and magnificent, manicured gardens make this palace a must-visit. #11月好去2024 #SpainTravel #Andalucia #GranadaTravel #Alhambra
