Sha Dan Biao Charcoal Stove Beef Offal Hotpot is a long-established beef offal restaurant in Guangzhou. For 37 years, the owner has insisted on using fresh beef offal at an affordable price, allowing everyone to enjoy traditional Guangzhou beef offal hotpot. It's a favorite late-night spot for Cantonese people. The clay pot cooking method makes the beef offal even more flavorful. The chewy beef tendons and tender beef intestines, combined with the retro street-style decor from the 60s and 70s, create a nostalgic street food stall vibe that evokes Cantonese culinary memories. Beef Offal Hotpot The broth is incredibly rich! It's packed with ingredients. The braised beef brisket is tender, and the beef lung, intestines, and tendons are must-orders. The portions are generous, perfect for two people, and you'll be full after finishing the pot. Fried Fish Skin A must-have side dish for hotpot, it pairs perfectly with the beef offal broth. Absolutely delicious. Fried Beancurd Sheets The beancurd sheets absorb the essence of the beef offal broth, making them crispy and flavorful. Cantonese Style Stir-Fried Clams The clam meat is small and not very impressive. Overall, the meal was very satisfying. The ingredients were fresh, and the environment was comfortable.
