Non-quarantine hotel stay, felt like paradise!

Had one of the best trips in Guilin city and an even better stay! During our time, we were greeted with wonderful smiles and English speaking staff, amazing sunrises and sunsets from room and pool view, as well as the most comfortable sleeping experience. It helped to have automatic screen and curtains. I think the TV could have had more global options. Or smart options for Cast screen. Missed out on a bathtub in our booking, but the indoor pool with mountain views made up for that. The temperature was right and it was clean all the time. Wish there were fewer kids in the pool but that's expected of holiday season! The breakfast buffet options were grand, and it was truly Western. Enjoyed the Chinese options too. Nothing was off, everything tasted great and fresh, clean environment and utensils. What can I say, everything was too good, from the sweet receptionist who spoke her best English to the doorman who learnt how to say good evening to us on the second day! We even requested extras such as ironing board, and chopsticks and they provided without an issue. Last, not least, the hotel is close to some malls and restaurants by just a brisk 5-15 mins walk and 30mins away from the Guilin North High Speed Station.
