My long-awaited trip to Guilin is about to begin, and I will once again appreciate the beautiful rivers and mountains of my motherland. Graduation is imminent, and choosing such a trip is not only a perfect farewell to my years of study, but also a beautiful vision for future life. Our destination is Guilin, a beautiful city surrounded by mountains and rivers. The first stop is Yangshuo, an ancient and modern town, like a gem inlaid between mountains and rivers. Guilin is the background of this gem, with picturesque peaks and rivers like silk ribbons. We came to Xingping Ancient Town, as if time had flowed back hundreds of years. The antique buildings, bluestone streets, and winding alleys are all full of historical charm. Those quiet and elegant little houses, exuding a faint woody and floral fragrance, seem to be telling ancient stories. Next is the bamboo raft trip on the Yulong River. Sitting on a bamboo raft, gently rippling in the clear river, the surrounding mountains are reflected in the water, like a flowing landscape painting. We moved along the river, feeling the tranquility and beauty of nature. The breeze brushed our faces, taking away the fatigue and troubles of the day, leaving only the tranquility and joy in our hearts. The sun shines on the river, sparkling, and the mountains on both sides of the river are like scenery in a painting. At this moment, it seems that all the hustle and bustle has gone away, leaving only us and this beautiful natural scenery. This is the life I want, simple and quiet. This trip to Guilin made me feel the beauty and harmony of nature. Every scenery makes me linger, and every experience makes me excited. Looking back at this beautiful city and this clear river before leaving, I can't help but feel emotional. This trip made me understand: in a busy life, you should also give yourself a chance to slow down and appreciate the beauty and joy in life.
