Grilled Pork Belly on Charcoal~ A Meat Date

I visited a pork belly restaurant recommended by a friend. I tried the grilled pork belly with bone, chewy meat, and regular pork belly, and every single one was delicious. It seems like a place that truly excels with just the quality of its meat. The pork belly with bone was thick yet incredibly tender 😋, and the regular pork belly had an amazing texture~~ 👍 Especially the chewy meat! If you grill the fatty part slowly, the savory flavor is just explosive! 🤤 This is something you absolutely must try. It's been a while since I left a meat restaurant feeling so full from just the meat. The chewy meat, in particular, had a unique texture that I haven't experienced anywhere else. Tender yet chewy... You definitely have to try it at least once.
