Carefully documenting the culinary delights of my Hangzhou trip

Pic 1 & 2: Lao Qiantang Hangzhou Noodle House - Shrimp stir-fried noodles and dried tofu with shredded pork noodles, both with freshly wok-tossed toppings full of wok hei [ThumbsUp] Pic 3 & 4: Zeng Li Bai (Binjiang Baolong branch) - Stir-fried chayote, 18-second tender beef, and crispy pork with bean soup rice. Returning to Hangzhou after a year, the flavors remain unchanged and just as delicious. Pic 5 & 6: Qi Xiao Xian - Jiande Style Snacks (Shimao Bingu branch) - Jiande tofu buns, Yanzhou baked cakes, nourishing millet porridge, old fried dough stick soup, and pickled vegetable with shredded pork rice noodles. My first time tasting such amazing tofu buns [ThumbsUp] Pic 7-9: Green Tea Restaurant (Longjing Boat Banquet flagship) - Longjing roasted chicken, stone pot eggplant stew, and secret recipe clams with fermented beans. Beautiful ambiance but average taste. Pic 10 & 11: Rong Ai Xing Noodle House (Civic Center branch) - A noodle shop providing stable, high-quality employment for people with intellectual disabilities [ThumbsUp]. Ordered tomato skin roll noodles - the hand-pulled noodles were chewy with rich tomato flavor and generous skin roll portions. Pic 12 & 13: Youbu Town (Zhijiang Culture Center branch) - Jinhua two-end black pork buns, Lanxi meatballs, Youbu soy milk, tofu dumplings, and chicken egg cakes. Highly recommend the chicken egg cakes👍 Pic 14 & 15: Si Zao Er (Drum Tower branch 1) - Fermented rice bun with braised pork, sauerkraut fish, stone pot shrimp tofu, and sweet peas with three dices. Authentic Hangzhou flavors though the dining environment is modest. Pic 16-18: Perfect Match (Southern Song Imperial Street branch) - Longjing lotus root powder paired with light lotus juice - very unique. The artistic decor makes it perfect for photos and chats. Pic 19 & 20: Pan Fang Chun Pan-Fried Dumplings (Zhongshan South Road branch) - Grabbed their signature pan-fried dumplings before catching my train. Fresh, generous meat filling - truly worthy of being Hangzhou's most affordable Michelin restaurant [ThumbsUp]
