Viet fusion

My journey at chopsticks started with a set menu dinner. I had joined a bunch of people I had been hanging out with. They told me of this authentic/traditional restaurant that they are headed to. I figured if the company is nice, it would be worth the risk. Turns out it's not bad at all. Not all that authentic, yet somewhat of a fusion that is largely Vietnamese. Since then I might have visited them on 3 different ocassions. It's not cheap, to some extent it feels overpriced too. You could easily average 35-40 USD per person if you get into seafood and wine. I certainly did with shrimps and two glasses of this and that. Tastewise it is nice and the ambience too is good. I feel its worth an experience. Knowing the prices and what to look forward to helps as well. #vietnamtrip #chopsticks #fusionfood
