Declared monument dam: Aberdeen Reservoir

Aberdeen Reservoir Built in 1890, it used to provide limited drinking water to the residents of Ap Lei Chau. It was later purchased by the Hong Kong Government and converted into a public reservoir to solve the drinking water supply problem in the western part of Hong Kong Island.
