Hong Kong cuisine | New Chinese restaurant opened on the 101st floor of ICC 🍽️

When having a dinner with my bestie, we naturally want to go to a fancy place. We went to the newly opened Chinese restaurant, The Kitin, on the 101st floor of ICC. The view of Victoria Harbour from the top was so pleasant while we were dining. The service was impeccable, and we gave them a perfect score of 💯. They took care of every detail during the dinner. Moreover, each dish was unique and had its own special taste 👅. My favorite was the "Steamed Sea Bass with Sichuan Pepper" which had a unique Sichuan flavor, and the "Crispy Abalone with Scallion Oil" which had a rich texture. The "Crispy Fish Maw with Cream and Fish Roe" was also special with its crispy and fragrant fish maw. The dishes here were delicately prepared and diverse in cooking methods. Each dish was a visual and gustatory impact 💢. All four of us were full, but we still managed to finish all the fruits 🍈 at the end 🤪. We plan to come back for the dim sum next time. The high-end atmosphere is definitely worth bringing your parents or partner to experience 🥰.
