Go to the hotel for afternoon tea ☕️ The environment here is comfortable and very casual. The afternoon tea meal is not expensive, with savory, dessert, and drinks. We switched to a specialty drink, Choffee. Afternoon tea includes: salmon rose rolls, goose liver toast, Cocktail shrimp, cream cheese mushroom stuffed chicken wings, bacon pastry box, truffle chocolate, bird's nest custard, assorted cranberry cheesecake, cranberry tart, French strawberry opera cake. First is the salmon rose roll, the salmon is quite fresh, served with roses and lemon juice, very refreshing! In addition, the goose liver toast was quite good. Next came some seafood with cocktail shrimp and bacon pastry boxes. The cocktail shrimp is crispy and the sauce is sweet and sour. As for the bacon pastry box, the pastry bacon both work well together. Then came the meats with cream cheese mushroom stuffed chicken wings. Finally came some desserts. The truffle chocolate was rich, with prominent chocolate flavor, and an unforgettable taste of truffle. The bird's nest milk ice cream is very smooth, the bird's nest flavor is not too strong, and the milk taste is very fragrant! Assorted Cranberry Cheesecake, rich cheese flavor, with sweet and sour cranberries, very appetizing! The bottom layer of the cranberry tart is crispy, and the cranberry sauce on top is very sweet and sour. French strawberry opera cake, the cake is very fluffy. The hotel was in a comfortable setting and it was a really enjoyable afternoon!
