It was the weekend, so I met up with my friends and went to a Japanese restaurant called "ASA" in Prince Edward to enjoy a delicious Japanese meal for dinner❗ The restaurant is simply and beautifully decorated, with comfortable seats! The clerk was very attentive and polite. Our group of 2 ordered the following dishes: 1️⃣Appetizer - Wine Thief Cheese $68 A cheese appetizer that is pickled with salt and fermented. It has a sweet and savory taste and a strong cheese flavor. 2️⃣Salad - Mizuna Caesar Salad The refreshing salad made with mizuna and green vegetables has a fresh and pleasant taste. 3️⃣Sashimi - Five-piece sashimi platter $288 The platter includes five types of sashimi: plump and sweet red shrimp, thick-cut hamachi, rich sea urchin, fragrant and smooth scallop and thick-cut tuna. The sashimi is fresh and delicious. 4️⃣Seafood - Slow-cooked Hiroshima oysters with French bread $88 The slow-cooked Hiroshima oysters are paired with crispy French bread slices and are very delicious. 5️⃣Pork - Perilla Pork Skewers $52 The pork skewers are grilled with perilla leaves. The pork meat is tender and juicy with a charred aroma. 6️⃣Yakitori - Wicked Chicken Stick $45 The homemade chicken nuggets are tender and fragrant, and the chicken is rich and juicy. 7️⃣Beef - Beef Tongue $98 The texture of beef tenderloin is springy and chewy, with a strong beef flavor. 8️⃣ Food - Mentaiko grilled rice balls $32 The rice balls are cooked with slightly spicy mentaiko, and the rice grains are distinct and have a light burnt aroma. 9️⃣Dessert - Japanese sweet potato $38 The dessert is roasted Japanese sweet potatoes, which are sweet and soft.
