After afternoon tea with friends shopping, today I went to Cafe 100 at Sky 100 on the 100th floor of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Hong Kong with Gigi for afternoon tea😋 My favorite is the ICC shaped afternoon tea! We tried a range of summer ocean-themed afternoon tea savory and sweet desserts. I didn't expect each piece to be delicious, especially the savory with fruit was the best. I especially like the oil-sealed tuna pear tart with raspberry jelly, sweet and sour, fresh and delicious! Another great treat were the blueberry muffins, served hot with strawberry jam and cream. The restaurant boasts unparalleled views, and the weekend package is priced at HK$668, including drinks and Sky100 tickets. This set is only $598 on weekdays!
