I can enjoy the quiet night view of the racecourse and the nostalgic Hong Kong style food 🐎🐎🐎 🌟Hong Kong Kitchen specializes in classic Hong Kong cuisine. The restaurant environment is elegant and refined, blending modern decoration and delicious authentic taste, fully showcasing the tradition of The Racing Club. What comes into view is the historical milestone of the Racing Club. You can choose to have a relaxing meal in the main dining area, or book a private room, walk out to the outdoor balcony area, overlook the luxury residential area, play football sports culture, the racecourse during the day, and the gentle evening breeze will make you feel relaxed and happy💕 🌟How can it not be in place to meet the tastes of high-asset customers? I was very surprised that the chef did not rely on gorgeous decorations, but only on the confidence of classic dishes. Every dish was sold out, which left a deep impression on me. ✔️Baked snails with vanilla butter: Traditional method of fragrant butter and garlic ✔️Prawn toast: super thick shrimp fried bread with cream sauce👍 ✔️Signature borscht: I must exaggerate and declare that this is the best borscht I have ever tasted. The rich tomato and beef juice is immediately consumed. ✔️Baked Iberico Pork Chop with Sun-Fried Egg on Rice: A very amazing classic flavor, as if going back to the days of Inspector Reilly. The sweet tomato flavor mixed with the half-cooked egg and the chewy tender pork.
