I came to Grand Hyatt for afternoon tea last year and was very satisfied with the whole experience, so I took advantage of last week's weekday holiday to come back! 🤩 I heard that weekends are usually very full, maybe since we booked weekdays, we managed to book a place a week earlier🙌🏻 This tea set is spring theme 💐 HK$369/person on weekdays Savory: 🔹Smoked salmon quiche, spiced pumpkin 🔹Homemade foie gras mousse 🔹Pastrami and mortadella club, cheese tomato bread 🔹Smoked turkey wrap 🔹Prawn vol-au vent Dessert: 🔸Plain and rum raisin scones 🔸Coconut profiterole, pineapple confit, lime 🔸Signature chocolate tart 🔸Cherry mousse biscuit 🔸Pear almond cake The overall appearance is exquisite, the taste is above the middle level ✨ For tea, I ordered pear tree green tea, the taste is not strong but the anti-stagnant effect is very good 👍🏻 Unlike the usual afternoon tea, GH here you can enjoy homemade ice cream, macarons, chocolate, pancakes and other snacks!
