Delicious and High-Quality Singaporean Crab Set Meal at Olympic Station

Craving for Singaporean crab, the first place that comes to mind is Paradise Classic. Their set meal for two, Set B ($668), includes appetizers, Singaporean crab, stir-fry dishes, noodles/rice, dessert, and drinks, with a variety of dishes to choose from, making it a great deal. Golden Salted Egg Fish Skin Crispy fish skin topped with a generous amount of savory golden salted egg yolk, crunchy and sinfully delicious. Chili Crab (served with fried mantou) There are four ways to prepare the crab, and we chose the chili crab this time. The size of the crab is just right for two people, and the chef skillfully stacked it like a volcano, showing great attention to detail. The crab is cooked with a sweet and spicy sauce, which is very appetizing, and the crab meat is fresh and sweet. Eating the crab roe and sauce with the golden and crispy fried mantou is absolutely delicious. Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork For the stir-fry, we ordered the sweet and sour pork, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, boneless, with every piece full of meat.
