Bingo & Cook, a popular Korean restaurant, has relocated its Causeway Bay branch to a new venue. The interior is designed with authentic Korean decor, making me feel as if I were in Korea. Soy Sauce Crab (2 pieces with seaweed rice) $380 The soy sauce crabs are neatly presented on a plate, showcasing the crab legs, shells, and roe. The special sauce is sweet and flavorful, highlighting the unique taste of the soy sauce crab. Although the crabs are relatively small, the meat is fresh and sweet, and the roe is abundant. Placing the seaweed rice on the crab shell and mixing it with the roe is simply delightful. Herbal Ginseng Chicken Soup $168 The soup is light, sweet, and nourishing, perfect for warming the stomach. It contains chicken, ginseng, red dates, and glutinous rice, all simmered for a long time to create a nutritious and healthful dish. Fried Squid $68 The fried squid is crispy and perfectly battered, making it an excellent pairing with beer. Terra Beer (355ml) $68 Whiskey Cream with Fresh Milk $68 Refreshing and rich, the creamy milk balances the whiskey's flavor.
