Located in the K11 Musea shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, the "Night Shanghai" restaurant spans two floors. The restaurant features soft lighting and decor reminiscent of 1930s Shanghai, creating a strong old Shanghai vibe as soon as you step inside. As the name suggests, this is a Shanghai restaurant specializing in traditional, high-quality Shanghai and Zhejiang dishes, and it has been honored with a Michelin one-star rating ⭐️. This time, my family and I visited for lunch, eager to try their signature dishes, including crab roe stuffed crab shell 🦀, stir-fried river shrimp 🦐, xiao long bao, scallion beef stir-fry, crispy fried chicken 🐔, and clay pot salted pork and vegetable rice. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors authentic, and the chef's skills were evident 😋. We were seated by the window, enjoying views of Victoria Harbor while the restaurant played soft nostalgic music 🎶, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere.
