The beef is seasoned perfectly 🐮. It tastes great on its own, but when mixed with bonito kelp soup and wasabi, it offers a different flavor profile. The set meal with deep-fried pork cutlet and Hiroshima oysters is also excellent. Both the pork cutlet and oysters are fried to a crispy perfection while remaining juicy inside. Paired with Japanese rice, it’s a perfect meal 🍚.
